Children wondering unattended continues to be a problem.

Parents Club Meeting Minutes

November 9, 2011

Attendance: Diedre Stone, Julie Thompson, Jessica Poirier, Gill Hoops, Julie Thaler

Harvest Dinner October 29th

Word around town is that Harvest Dinner was great!  Good food and well organized!!!

Suggestions for next year:

1.More coffee.

2.More cider – add it to the list of items people can bring instead of expecting teachers to do it.

3.More pumpkin pie – have a sign-up like the turkeys ex. 8 apple pies, 8 pumpkin pies and have all desserts dropped off by 2pm.

4.Make sure whoever is running the door stops at 100 people!

5.Children hanging out should have a job to keep busy.

6.Suggest to the 8th grade class that a 50/50 raffle would be a great way to earn some $ while helping and not asking for tips.

Candles

The candle fundraiser this year will be with Strictly Vermont Candles by the Aikens and will be held later in the school year.

Craft Fair

December 10th, 2011 9:30-3:00.

We need more vendors.

December 12th afternoon distribution.
